Prep Time: 5 minutes
•    1 750ml bottle of Linga Strawberry Wine
•    1 Lemon cut into wedges or lime
•    1 Orange cut into wedges
•    2 Tbsp sugar
•    1 small Malawi Gin
•    2 Cups ginger ale or club soda
•    1 pineapple cut in chunks
•    500g strawberries hulled


  1. Pour wine in a bowl and squeeze the juice  from the lemon or lime and orange wedges into the wine. (leaving out seeds if possible) Toss in the pineapple pieces and strawberries.  Add sugar and gin. Chill overnight.
  2. Add ginger ale or club soda just before serving. If you'd like to serve right away, use chilled Linga and serve over lots of ice.
